Odds are the ports have been blocked so the video would probably won't display. But with the time you have at home, check it out, it will help you in terms of basics, and essential building of knowlege in this area easing you to be able to deal with flash with relative ease.

Please make sure that when you post something that you use the following format:

Topic: Course code - Topic - Name
IE ICS4U - Java - Baxter

Then nicely ask the question or post your statement. This will make it easier to see who is doing what for which course. Also if you tag your posts using the course code and the topic that would be great. IE DO IT!
